Greetings,

I’m Fazla Mobin Toha. A Fitness & Nutrition Specialist certified in NASM-authorized courses (via Coursera) and founder of BodyFitnessZone.

I’ve been interested in fitness for a long time and have a lot of experience with it. I am now an institutionally trained and accredited coach who believes in finding the balance between health, workouts, and science-based nutrition.

My fitness journey started in 2019. At that time, my only goal was to build an aesthetic physique. But as time went on, it has taught me a lot beyond my thinking. I realised that fitness is not just about building muscles, it’s a complete way of life. Fitness, this word is something more than physical transformation. From health to mental, from self-confidence to spiritual relaxation and improvement, its expansion extends up to everything.

I tried tons of fitness and diet programs and learnt a lot during the journey. Plus, I regularly study on scientific fitness research. So that my knowledge can be developed backed by science, and this helps me to understand the human body’s internal and external functions (how it works and responds in different angles, situations, and programs), and this helps me to bring my knowledge to the next level. On this website,  ( Body Fitness Zone ), my goal is only one – to bring evidence-based, usable, and personalised fitness content to people. Here you will find workout plans, diet charts, lifestyle guides, and informative articles based on modern research. You will get all that you need about fitness-related queries. I’ll combine my experience-based expertise with the existing information and provide a scientific justification through my posts.
